Surfiing in the Philippines

a seven month trip i took to the PhilippinesThe sickest waves, friendliest people and if your willing to travel for four days from South Africa ull get to this spot, a little place on a far far away island that uve never heard about, only from being there and surfing this one spot with the local boys for about a month, they invited me and my ozzie mate Eric to come surf this insane wave with them. and we got to surf it every day with perfect waves and no crowds, where asw at cloud nine there are always crowds. cloud nine was about two hours away from this place, not gonna say in which direction, what side of the many islands it could possibly be, hell no. Il never. the local lads and us built up good friendships, genuine ones if you know what i mean, as whereas when i was at cloud nine for three months before, its all fake there , people just after ur money all the time, and the first time u go there u get ripped off thiiick!

but Two and some hours and minutes away there is this spot where youo get real prices paradise that cloud nine would battle to beat. this wave is way more perfect than cloud nine, and its a left and a right, perfect a frame every frikn wave . and thats just the one secret spot i was at. the other u will see is a different wave, a bit lumpy, but super super good. this is where my mates took photos of me that day.
The people are real here , good locals, and you get to meet the Village captain aswell, and get invited to dinners etc cos u are the only two white dudes(ozzi and saffa) that are in the area, and some kids havnt even seen white guys ever, we had crowds wherever we went, kids always following us to the beach, but looking after our stuff, in return wed get em lil treats like cokes and nananas from the sari-sari stores, alot of kids are really poor, so its the least you can do. and sometimes you go to the beach with 30kg of rice and dish it out to all the kids for their families, u get looked after in all regards in return, i had no security risks at all, never used to lock my place i rented, ever. left my keys in my lil 100cc bike all the time. Hell i even got invited to the mayors house for a dinner and drinks, but nothing all formal, the mayor in slops and a vest, and we drink rum and coke and chat about the island etc, really good experience.
anyway im talking alot of shit now.
