We rate candidates on the amount of 'attention' they are getting on their profile / images and videos. We have javaScript in each page that tracks this! (not the views and star ratings you see on each image/video page.) Soon we will launch a way so that everyone - candidates and public - can view where everyone is ranked! Still early days in this project - we are also looking at sorting out prizes along the way but that's still in the pipeline! Hmmm maybe shouldn't have told you that :) Anyway's all the best bru.
